Ingredients
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 TBS SOYA SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- a few peppercorns
Salad
- 21/2 cups rotisserie chicken
- 12 dried tart cherries or 1 cup halved seedless red grapes
- 1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
Directions
Step 1: Make the dressing: In a serving bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients.
Step 2: Toss all of the salad ingredients together in a serving bowl until they are uniformly coated. Season to taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Step 3: Refrigerate for up to 5 days if covered. Serve with pita chips or crackers over a bed of spinach, in a sandwich, or over a bed of spinach.
