Workout that you Can Do to Enhance your Lifestyle

 

 After cheating on your diet here are few simple exercises you can do to help you get back into shape easily.

  • Walking
  • Running or Jogging
  • Cycling
  • Swimming
  • Yoga


Experts usually recommend losing approximately 1 kg a week or about 1% of your body weight. Losing weight too fast can have negative health consequences. So do these simple exercises at first then gradually move on to more intense ones.
